For the last several years, a group of civic-minded residents at Kendal at Hanover have gotten in touch with school board candidates in Hanover ahead of the elections to ask them about their views. This year, the group asked the four candidates for three positions—incumbents Deborah Bacon Nelson and Kelly McConnell, along with Marcela Di Blasi and Anastasia Rodzianko—to address such issues as parental rights and Education Freedom Accounts.
