Jay Boren owns EJB Holdings, which is registered in Lyme and is the new owner of the Interchange Drive building in West Lebanon owned and occupied for decades by the Valley News. He is also president of LockNLube, the Lebanon-based company that will share space in the building with the newspaper and its staff. He explains in this letter to Daybreak:

EJB Holdings is a New Hampshire LLC that was created to own and operate the building. LockNLube was founded in Lyme in 2012. The company relocated to W. Lebanon in 2017 and has been rapidly expanding its product line and reach ever since. The Valley News building represents a great opportunity for LockNLube to move our offices and warehouse into a larger space that can accommodate future growth and keep us firmly rooted in the Upper Valley. We're thrilled to share the building with the Valley News staff and make use of warehouse space that has been vacant since printing moved to Penacook in 2019 and the printing press in West Lebanon was removed.
