This is the plea agreement between former LISTEN executive director Kyle Fisher and the US Attorney’s office for New Hampshire. In it, Fisher acknowledges embezzling $239,297.09 from the organization and that he is liable for restitution. Though, as board secretary Dick Green notes, LISTEN did receive insurance reimbursement for most of the lost funds, so most of what Fisher winds up paying in restitution will go to the insurance company.
